I ordered a book. And a month later I never recieved it although I have attempted to contact the seller to figure out what happened to my order, but I never got a response from them.
I still have not received this order. Nicole said you would ship it again. The payment to Alibris has registered on my AMX statement. What is the status of this order?

The worst experience. I purchased this set of books as a birthday gift for my daughter. Never received it. Unable to track & after many unanswered inquiries, convinced I had been scammed, this seller finally disclosed that the books got lost. Avoid site!
It has been a month since I ordered the book and I still have not received it. I was supposed to receive it 3 weeks ago and I can?t even track where the package is at.
Seller clearly did not ship out book. It is past the last day of the "estimated delivery date". Seller offered to ship out another copy but i need the book for my class so i need to buy it from another source.
Ordered on 14th, be here by the 22nd, it's the 31st & still no book, they're one state away. Have been in contact via email but never answered any of my questions, just asked to wait & verify addy multiple times. Never provided tracking on a $100+ book.
Did not receive book after a month, no tracking number. Seller contact consisted of canned messages, asked for item to be reshipped when they stated it was lost in the mail. Seller did not ship & would not refund when asked. Had to open case to get $.
There is a 255 character limit otherwise I would tell you in detail how horrendous my experience was with Nicole, the seller. Rest assured, my full complaint has been sent to Alibris in an attempt to have this horrible, unethical sham-business removed.
Ordered this book on 1/10/20, seller marked book as shipped on 1/13/20. Book was expected to arrive by 1/21/20 and it is now 1/26/20 and I have not received the book, a tracking number, or any response from the seller about this issue.
This book was sold at a high price and presented as "new." There are extensive underlinings in one portion of the book and several stained pages. I will not purchase from this seller again. The book was also delivered late.
Ordered two books on 1/14. Seller marked shipped on 1/15 & expected by 1/24. I emailed today to inquire. Seller hasn't even shipped them; 10 days later! Worst online customer service experience! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER! I should've read the reviews :(
