Book shipped but no tracking provided. Did not arrive on time & could not reach seller. Finally got a response and they refunded my money. The book never arrived, and I suspect it was never sent as I can't remember the last time we had a package lost.

My book was expected to arrive by Feb 7th and it is now Feb 28th and still no book. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, and when I received a response it was unhelpful. Would not recommend this seller for anyone who needs a textbook for class

The only two issues I have are that the book was inaccurately described and customer service appears to be non existent. Sent an e-mail 8 days ago and another 2 days ago and still no response.

After notifying them that I didn't receive the book, they said I would have to re-order the book at a higher cost, since they increased the price by 350%. Never received book. No proof of shipment. But I did get a refund.

This is the second order we have placed from this seller for this book. The first copy we ordered never arrived and after a lot of hassle, the seller was unable to provide tracking information. This is a scam and caused issues for us and our customer.

Never received the order. After multiple emails, the seller was unable to provide a tracking number or let me know where the book was being shipped from. I felt like I was being scammed through the process. Definitely would not recommend.
