I never received the book. I wrote and first asked for a replacement, and when that didn't happen, I asked for a refund. No response and NO REFUND. This is not a trustworthy seller.

If you are purchasing a common book this outlet is helpful. If you need to purchase a specific book, just pay regular price, it will save you the time and hassel. They do refund you, your money though. About to fail this class.

This seller stated that the order that was placed on 1/18/19 and shipped on 1/21/19 would be received at the latest on 1/29/19. I still have received the order on 2/11/19. No tracking information was given and item still not received. POOR

Never received the item even after contacting the seller. When notified that I had not received the order, this seller asked if he would like me to re-ship for free. That's what I asked to be done. Still haven't received the item.

Sadly Alibris has let another seller pull a fast one on me. Item didn't arrive - I asked for tracking and was told it would be ready soon? This is a week after it was to arrive. Still no book.

AVOID! I wish I had seen the reviews of this seller before ordering. Ordered Jan 7, they say they shipped Jan 8, and it is now Feb 1 and no book. Emails to the seller on Jan 21 claim it "would be there soon!" but ignored my request for a tracking number.

I never received my book. I bought it on Dec. 17 and is now January 29th and I have not received it. I send some emails telling them, they answer one time and then stop answering. I?m done waiting. I just want my money back. Terrible communication.

Still have yet to receive my book that was shipped out weeks ago. Haven?t received any kind of refund and seller sucks at communicating or keeping customer updated about refund status.
