More Books will not refund any shipping charges even when they send the incorrect book. They force you to send the book back, paying shipping, to receive a refund. OUTRAGEOUS!

More Books sent me the incorrect book 2 times disregarding the correct ISBN numbers. This was their error. They did not refund ANY shipping charges and made me return the incorrect book, paying shipping again, to receive a refund. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

The item description said 4-vol set, but I received only the 4th chapter of the book. I contacted the seller and they said they sent the correct book, but the tracking URL didn't work and I still haven't received my full book. It's been roughly 2 months.

It took a month to get the book and had to purchase from another company. Shipping/receipt was listed as 10 days. Correspondence was useless. Requesting refund. Anticipate difficulty. Refrain from using More Books.

It was shipped on 10/23, or so they said. As of 11/10 I still have not received it. I have sent the seller two emails and have received no response. This is the worst experience I have had with Alibris. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This item took over 2 months to arrive! When I ordered the item, it said it would take around 2 weeks. Contact with the seller was hit or miss. They were extremely vague as the when the item would arrive. I needed it for a class that is now almost over :(
