My order is already 2 days late and tracking states that order will be delivered today by UPS. Come to find out it was transferred to the post office and could be another 3 days! I will never order again!!!!

Received a DVD today titled "Letters to Juliet"???????? NOT THE DVD I ORDERED WHICH WAS "Moneyball"!!! WRONG MOVIE/DVD!!!!, WRONG FORMAT!!!!!, WRONG EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AT NO COST TO ME????????????

Sent wrong book- I needed it for work and now don't have it. They sent a 980 page hardback book which will be pricey to return. When I tried to reorder, the price was not $24.17 but over $38 ! No thank you !

Ordered hardcover edition of book and was sent the softcover (I spent over $100 for the hardcover). Sent a letter to seller--that I did not receive the book I ordered--and got no response, even after two business days had elapsed.

when i ordered this book it said that it was hardback but what i got was a paperback i'm really heart broken that i have to send it back
