What a Workout!

I am on my second round of the 30 Day Shred and I love this workout video! It concentrates on using low weights and each routine is only 20 minutes long so it can be done by beginners, although it is a tough workout! I have already seen results in the way my pants fit and my arms are looking toned. I highly recommend this video!
