Easy read, helpful information

I have read many osteoarthritis books, blogs and web articles over the past 2 years and this was the most comprehensive look at all the issues affecting people with arthritis. I read it from beginning to end, however, it is organized in such a way that I can refer back easily to a specific item in the future. Excellent advice on exercise and stretching.
