Rachel Khong

Rachel Khong is a cabbage-loving writer and editor living in San Francisco. From 2011 to 2016 she was an editor at Lucky Peach magazine. She's the author and editor of All About Eggs: Everything We Know About the World's Most Important Food (Clarkson Potter, 2017) and the author of the novel Goodbye, Vitamin (Henry Holt, 2017).
