Trim Healthy Mama..hand book

I ordered this for a friend that is starting Trim Healthy Mama...love this program...have lost 35# in 6 months...I am 74 years old....WOW...wonderful program...I have NEVER lost, like this, on any program (and I have been on them all)!!
