Great idea instead of boring diet

I really enjoyed the premise of using creativity in place of food if you are an emotional eater - this is a novel way to approach your cravings! The author wants you to write three pages everyday, which is hard to keep up with, but the insights you'll gain into your eating habits are worth it!
