Pictures & info on shopping & cooking galore!

What a fantastic book for a vegetarian to have in my kitchen - colored pictures, when to shop, what to look for, how to cook, hints on cooking technique as well as recipes & encouragement to try new things. I love this book. It is my primary GO-TO for buying and cooking. What a gem!!
