The Temple: Its Ministry and Services by Alfred Ed

Heavily academic, yet thoroughly informative. Edersheim had uncommon insight and deep personal historical background on this subject. If you are a serious bible student and wish to gain greater perception and understanding about the Temple this book is for you. Warning: not for light readers!
