Love Harrison

Great book by one of my faves. True North is one of his best and this one has great insight to his love of good food.

Foodies delight !!

Writer and gourmand Jim Harrison writes about his favorite restautant meals , homemade dishes and stories of his foodie friends from the minute he knew that eating is one of lifes best offerings. Lots of wild game and
outdoor dish recipes (from his own hearth) are divulged and explored. Not to be missed for lovers of the best food writers. Quote : Why buy a fancy gas stove when you can spend the difference on good food." . Prost !
