TRAVEL THE OREGON TRAIL VICARIOUSLY

Colorfully written, vivid descriptions of the western frontier during the early 1800's. A must read for history buffs who wish to experience that adventure of long ago but remain safe and cozy in their armchair at home.. Mr. Parkman is a superb writer.
