Excellent Resource

Great book and downloadable material - the workbook is thoughtful and thorough - the included audio meditations are great. This is a solid resource on mindful meditation and goes beyond depression in my opinion. This is not a casual workbook however, if you want to follow the instructions and truly learn what they have to teach be prepared to set an hour aside each day to truly benefit from the material.
