Great Book/Great Service

Got the book in better shape than it was advertised, then found it to be a better read than I had hoped for when I ordered it. Two wonderful surprises wrapped up together.

Well done!

New ideas, and totally different kind of management principles that was taught in the 80s. A good guide though.
