Great concept!

After reading the book, i felt confident that the author knows her stuff. I decided to start and within only two days my pants were looser! I wont lie, its tough to stick to if you are used to coffee, alcohol, sugar, etc but if you are determined to see a change in your body, health and mood, then this is definitely the book for you!
I suggest buying her cookbook and/or looking through her online forum since the book doesn't include many recipes. I recently purchased her fitness plan book as well so i can begin to incorporate full dedication to this new lifestyle!

very educative

Really good book, it explains the idea of the system and how it works in a human body, the diet is a little difficult but which diet is not? I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and didn't follow the diet to the point also it is very healthy

lots of good ideas about dieting

even if you can't or won't do the whole plan, there is good, research-supported information here about ways to enhance your diet, and to support your body, especially your liver, while dieting.
