Wow!

Fantastic variety!
Over 1000 recipes!
Many dim sum recipes.
Adapted for Western kitchen utensils (can use a skillet instead of a wok - but everyone can get a wok, right?)

We have tried several recipes - every one a winner.

A very good, yet dated cookbook

Kenneth Lo's book is a very good book for the homecooker. A bit sad is the use of Ve-tsin of monosodiumglutamaat, (E 261) wich is banned in a number of countries, it can trigger cancer. But in the sixties peoples did not know this.
