Truly The Best Provencal Cookbook

Provencal cooking is healthy and light. It emphasizes fresh seasonal ingredients and
uses herbs to intensify their characteristic flavors. Johnson's recipes are authentic
and easy to follow. I have used this cookbook since it first came out in 1976 and couldn't recommend it more highly.
