What is in a picture

First, I want to say that the seller's service was excellent and the shipping was a little faster than they had indicated. My only criticism is that the book I received was not the one pictured, but who cares. The book was supposed to be in good condition and it looked like it had just come off the press. I am very happy with the book and extremely happy with the bookseller. Thanks Alibris for a great deal, once again.

This is every bit as boring as I hoped it would be, full of details to the Nth degree, so I would highly recommend it for history buffs and anyone needing a great reference source on the times of Ancient Rome and the Mideast about 2,000 years ago.

Book did not have cover pictured

I recived the bookj in good condition. I was disapointed that it had the "old" binder cover and not the one pictured. I actually bought from this seller because the picture reflected the newer cover verses buying from a seller who pictured the cover I recieved. Old cover not an attractive edition. Content the same, so I rated them a four verses a five. They should show exact product being sold.
