Awsome!!

This workbook is very powerful. It really helped me. I am grateful to see the the christian side of it. I tried changing anger other ways and it did not work. If you deal with anger or have someone close to you that deals with it, then buy this book!

Excellent if you have failed in relationships...

This workbook is so full of good basic information that I will keep it as a reference for good. It has brought to mind some real issues that I had in dealing with others that I was competely unaware of and that is half of the struggle. I did not recognize how I had held onto anger from a past unfilled childhood, some relationships that ended and to myself in so many areas of my life until this book brought it so close to my reality.
