Great book!

This author hits on every aspect and true point of anger. It really hit home for me and gave me great insight to my anger, and some very helpful tools and ways to recognize, and work on getting rid of the anger in my life. Awesome resource for everybody - it will make you realize the way in which you express your anger in a negative way, giving you options for positive release of your anger
