Great gift!

I originally bought this for my cousin and had no intention of looking at this dvd at all or doing tai chi. I joined in and I highly enjoyed it. It is truly relaxing.

Not a book, a DVD

Was able to follow along right from the start...it's amazing how the body adjusts to new energy patterns and "exercise". It's only been a couple of weeks, but I feel the difference already. Tai Chi is so calming for me, especially since my brain likes to go a hundred miles an hour in twenty different directions! It's great!
