Mostly Just Fluff

There isn't much in this book to sink your teeth into. If you are clueless about personal security, its not a bad place to start, but essentially it tells you to be alert, but is short on specifics. Compared to the Marine Corps' Combat Hunter book "Left of Bang", which actually tells you how to develop the skills and mindset you need to be aware of danger, this book is mostly just fluff.
