Very telling

I strongly recommend this book to anyone who wants to be healthy or anyone who eats processed foods and has weight problems. A good one to read to help kids get a healthy start in life. And stay healthy.
Such dishonesty in the food industry - anything for a profit even if you have to make people sick and unhealthy to do it. Remember "Bet you can't eat just one"???? There's a reason for that.
