Great intro to meditation

This is the best book I have read about mindfulness meditation (silent, eyes closed, focusing on the breath with the goal of having no thoughts in your head). It truly is in plain English, written by someone who has lived the tradition for many years. Whether you have meditated this way or have an interest in trying it, this is the book for you.
