I can finally meditate!

This DVD is wonderful. I have ADD and have never been able to "meditate" for more than 3 minutes before--and THAT always felt like 45"! But I was able to do it the first time I watched this video. The prep yoga takes you right to a relaxed state conducive to meditation. Maritza is calming and believable, nothing show-bizzy here. I highly recommend it.
