Cook Your Way to Diabetes

This book had some very distinguished recommendations from well known food personalities. The recipes are the worst of 1950's artery clogging recipes found on cake boxes and cans. I couldn't believe it and, yes, I forced myself to make 3 recipes none of which I would repeat. All I can say is, Mama Dip must be a lovely lady to get such nice reviews from notables. If you want to take a trip back in time to caloric recipes, you would be better to invest in the Junior League cookbooks.
