The Incomparable Maigret

If you haven't read one of Simenon's Maigret novels, you can start with this one or any one of the numerous titles that have been translated for the English reading public. I guarantee you will be addicted in a heartbeat and start beating the bushes to find as many as you can. One word of caution---many of the books have gone out of print and then re-released under a different title. You may be elated in finding a new Maigret only to find you've already read it under a different title.
