Great Book

This book is fabulous, it has so many great recipes. It's well laid out, and there are no bad recipes! Buy it.

Whether you are vegetarian of not (I am happily omnivorous), if you like international foods you will _love_ this cookbook. In it she lucidly explains the preparation of surprisingly simple dishes of which you will not be able to get enough. From African soups featuring peanut butter to simple mushrooms with cumin, you will be amazed at the breadth of this collection.
