Best study Bible

I have used the MacArthur NKJV study Bibles since returning from serving in Russia for 16 years. I teach a Discovery class with about 40 students and one by one have placed this Bible in the hands of the class. In my seminary classes I encourage my students to purchase this Bible. My wife and I are committed to helping young pastors here in the mountains of Tennessee, who have little or no library, to donating to the building of a good library. We have donated over 200 books this year already and scores of them were John MacArthur Study Bibles. I can immediately see the substance of their messages increase. That gives us great joy to be able to place these study Bibles in their hands.

Great Study Bible

My Bible Study teacher has all of us in the Bible Study use the MacArthur Study Bible because we read his notes when we were studying the book of Ephesians.

Foundational reference bible

The most comprehensive study bible I've ever used. John knows his history and he articulates the events and social surroundings to where the scripture comes alive. When teaching, this makes the congregation have a lesser tendency to "snooze in the pews".

The price was perfect especially for an "almost minister" in the making.

MacArthur Study Bible-NKJV

This Bible gives many answers to questions that come up when one is reading scripture. It is almost like having Mr. MacArthur standing next to you when questions arise. It brings the Holy Book into modern life with explanations that make reading the Good Book more inspirational. --- mktgem
