What about my street

This text breaks down the path of regulations and how government agencies approach the problems of waste in our society. It gives information on the authrority of each agency and what their specific mission is as it pertains to guilty parties and companies who leave sites seeping and leaking hazardous waste. Who is responsible for assessing the damage, how companies are retroactively liable for sites that were left before certain acts were put in place. A glossary of terms to help with the acronyms and names of laws put into place in the last two decades.
