Philosophic issues

I bought this copy to verify when etiological issues were dropped from the discussion, and to see if the idea of claiming that the mind/body dualism issue is a 'reductionistic anachronism' started with the 3rd or 4th edition of the DSM. Apparently it started with the 4th edition under editor Dr. Allen Frances.
