Curate's egg

The kindest thing I can say about Mr. Lindsay?s Dexter book is that he has produced?through the effort of an offshore publishing house, and absent required editing?an author?s equivalent of the curate?s egg.

You won't be able to put this one down.

He seems like such a nice guy,... like such a normal guy... someone you think you'd like to have as a friend.... until you find out that he has another friend, a dark passenger, whom you do not want to get mad...
This book is very gripping and intelligent. The characters are very believable. Dexter is extremely charismatic and you can't help but to like him, despite his flaws. The book has a perfect blend of mystery and comedy. It is the basis of a Shotime hit series "Dexter". A must read that is impossible to put down until the very end... and even then you want more.
