Mistake in diagnosis

I thought the book was good in that it brought to light the importance of questioning your doctors diagnosis and getting a second opinion; taking charge of your own health. However, a very big mistake was the authors stating that his diagnosis was stage II/III bladder cancer. BCG treatment would not be given for this stage. This gave false hope for those facing cystectomy who actually do have stage II/III. I would not have bought the book had I been aware of this significant error.
