good old days

I didn't grow up in the 60's, so reading this was a very interesting look at high school, peer pressure, and everyday life for a kid in the 60's. I was very impressed.

A Blast from the Past

Reading this book, if you are not transported back to your high school days, then you didn't go. Each entry has the almost magical quality of allowing you to relive those days - and feel the feelings just as deeply as you did when you first experienced them.

The pain of losing your first high school love, hanging out with friends, cruising for hours on end......it's all there, and brings back your own experiences as clear as crystal.

I couldn't recommend this book more highly.....take a break from the madness that can be adult life, and go back in time to where we had all summer off, spring breaks, Christmas vacations, our first jobs, were introduced to a whole new form of music, and savor the memories this book will bring back to you.
