More a pamphlet than a book, 30 pages. Good list of fruits and vegetables, but except for the nightshades, those aren't usually a problem for the diets addressed here. No list of acceptable grain substitutes, nuts or seeds. Expected more for the money. If I hadn't marked it up for FODMAP, migraine triggers and warfarin ( blood thinner ), I would definitely send it back.
